Voting Regulations for the "Saturday School in the UK" Contest

1. General Provisions
1.1 The organizer of the Contest is 'O LOSIE! Limited', registered in England and Wales under registration number 15886108, with its registered office at:

1.2 Voting in the "Saturday School in the UK" Contest is open to all interested parties who wish to support Polish Saturday Schools in the United Kingdom, registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC) or a Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO).
2. Purpose of Voting
2.1 The purpose of the voting is to select a school that will receive financial support for educational development.
2.2 The Contest aims to raise awareness about the role of Polish Saturday schools in the education of children and youth, as well as to promote the company 'O LOSIE! Limited'.
3. Conditions of Participation
3.1 Any individual who registers on the 'O LOSIE!' website https://www.olosie.co.uk/account/login may participate in the voting.
3.2 Each participant may cast one vote per day throughout the entire duration of the contest.
3.3 Voting begins on 4 November and continues until the organizer announces the end date, which will be published on the organizer's website and Facebook profile.
4. Voting Procedure
4.1 Voting is conducted exclusively online through the official Contest website.
4.2 To cast a vote, participants must log in to their user account.
4.3 The voting results will be published continuously on the Contest website and at the end of each voting stage.
5. Results and Prizes
5.1 The school that receives the most votes will be awarded a cash prize, dependent on the percentage of tickets sold for the main prize draw, conducted through the 'O LOSIE!' platform.
5.2 The prize structure is as follows:
£500 if ticket sales do not reach 60%
£600 for ticket sales exceeding 60%
£700 for ticket sales exceeding 70%
£800 for ticket sales exceeding 80%
£900 for ticket sales exceeding 90%
£1,000 for achieving 100% ticket sales.
5.3 Prizes will be transferred to the winning school within 30 days of the announcement of the results.
6. Personal Data Protection
6.1 The Organizer is committed to complying with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable legal regulations regarding personal data protection, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
6.2 All personal data, such as name, surname, email address, and phone number, collected from participants will be processed solely for purposes related to the organization and execution of the Contest, including communication with participants and the distribution of prizes.
6.3 Participants in the Contest have the right to request access to their personal data, to rectify, delete, or restrict its processing, and the right to data portability. Participants also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data.
6.4 Participants' personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, after which it will be deleted or anonymized, unless legal regulations require the Organizer to retain it for a longer period.
6.5 The Organizer commits to applying appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data being processed from unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.
6.6 Any questions or requests regarding personal data processing can be directed to the Organizer via email at office@olosie.co.uk.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
7.1 The Organizer is not liable for:
a) Issues with the functioning of the website if they result from events that the Organizer, despite exercising due diligence, could not foresee or prevent.
b) Participation in the Voting that does not comply with the provisions of these Regulations and any damages arising from such actions.
c) Interruptions in the operation of the Voting system due to technical failures or other reasons beyond the Organizer's control.
d) Failure to deliver the prize caused by the Voter providing incorrect contact information (e.g., incorrect email address).
7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations at any time. Such changes will take effect from the moment of their publication unless stated otherwise in the amendment. Changes to the Regulations will not affect the rights acquired by participants before the amendments.
7.3 Any complaints regarding the Voting must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by the Organizer within 14 days of their receipt.
8. Additional Terms
8.1 Participants are required to familiarize themselves with and comply with the Website Terms of Use (https://www.olosie.co.uk/en/pages/website-term-of-use), Privacy Policy (https://www.olosie.co.uk/en/pages/privacy-policy), and Acceptable Use Policy (https://www.olosie.co.uk/en/pages/acceptable-use-policy) available on the Organizer's website. These documents govern the processing of personal data and the rules for using the website.
9. Final Provisions
9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend the voting regulations at any time, with the obligation to inform participants about the changes on the Contest website. 9.2 Any disputes arising from the Contest will be resolved by the Organizer.
