§1 General Provisions
1.1 The Poll is organized by 'O LOSIE! Limited', registered in England and Wales under registration number 15886108, with its registered office located at:

1.2 Participants in the Contest can only be stationary Polish Saturday Schools operating in the United Kingdom that are registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC) or Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO). Participation in the Contest is possible after meeting the application requirements specified by the Organizer.
§2 Objectives of the Poll
2.1 The objectives of the Poll are to:
2.1.1 Support the educational development of Polish Saturday schools. Increase public awareness of the role of Polish Saturday schools in the education of children and youth.
2.1.2 Promote 'O LOSIE! Limited' as a leader in organizing polls with prizes in Great Britain.
2.1.3 Enable Saturday schools to acquire funds for the development of educational programs and infrastructure.
§3 Rules of Participation
3.1 Participation in the Poll is voluntary and free of charge.
3.2 All Saturday schools registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC) or Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO) that submit an application form in accordance with the Organizer's guidelines are entitled to participate in the Poll.
3.3 Schools managed by the organizer and members of his immediate family cannot participate in the poll. Immediate family members are understood as ancestors, descendants, siblings, spouses, parents, and siblings of spouses, and persons in an adoption relationship.
3.4 Each school may register its participation only once, represented by one officially approved voting application.
3.5 By participating in the Poll, the school automatically agrees to continue its participation in subsequent editions of the Poll until it wins and receives a cash prize for its school, or until it withdraws consent for further participation by email (Annex No. 1 to the Rules provided to the contact email office@olosie.co.uk).
3.6 Participation in the poll requires the participant to confirm that they have read and unconditionally accept these rules.
3.7 Participants are required to comply with the rules of the regulations. In the event of a breach of the rules, the committee described in §5 has the right to exclude a participant from the Poll.
§4 Area and Duration of the Poll
4.1 The Poll is organized in the territory of Great Britain, covering England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales.
4.2 The Poll will begin on 4 November. The duration of the Contest will be extended to a date that will be determined by the Organizer at a later time.
§5 Voting
5.1 Voting process
5.1.1 Voting takes place on the company's page "O LOSIE!" at https://www.olosie.co.uk/
5.1.2 To cast a vote in the poll, participants must first create an account on the "O LOSIE!" website.
5.1.3 Each participant is entitled to cast one vote per day for a Saturday school selected from the list of participating institutions.
5.2 Poll schedule
5.2.1 The poll begins on November 4, 2024, and ends on November 29, 2024. Subsequent stages of voting start 48 hours after the announcement of the results of the previous round and last for four weeks, ending on Fridays.
5.3 Announcement of results
5.3.1 Results are announced live during the broadcast on the company's Facebook profile. The exact time of the broadcast will be announced in advance on the website and the Facebook profile of the Organizer.
5.3.2 Results are also published on the official website and on the social media channels of the Organizer within 48 hours of the end of the voting.
5.4 Rules for winners
5.4.1 The poll lasts four weeks. The school that won the previous edition cannot participate in the next stage of the poll, ensuring equal chances for all participating schools.
§6 Poll Integrity
6.1 The supervision of the integrity of the organization and conduct of the poll is carried out by an internal supervisory committee appointed by the Organizer. The committee consists of people with appropriate qualifications in the field of regulations and regulations concerning Polls.
§7 Awards
7.1 A cash prize will be awarded to the school that receives the most votes during the ongoing poll.
7.2 The amount of the prize depends on the percentage of tickets sold in the main prize drawing conducted by 'O LOSIE!' platform. The prize structure is as follows:
500 GBP if ticket sales do not reach 60%
600 GBP for sales exceeding 60%
700 GBP for exceeding 70%
800 GBP for exceeding 80%
900 GBP for exceeding 90%
1000 GBP for achieving 100% ticket sales.
7.3 The prize is transferred tax-free and will be credited to the school's account within 30 days from the announcement of the results on the "O LOSIE!" website.
§8 Additional Conditions
8.1 Participants are required to familiarize themselves with and comply with the Terms of Use of the website (https://www.olosie.co.uk/en/pages/website-terms-of-use), Privacy Policy (https://www.olosie.co.uk/en/pages/privacy-policy), and Acceptable Use Policy (https://www.olosie.co.uk/en/pages/acceptable-use-policy) available on the Organizer's website, which regulate the processing of personal data and the rules for using the site.
§9 Changes to the Rules
9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these rules at any time without the obligation to notify participants of these changes in advance.
9.2 Any changes to the rules will be published on the official website of the contest and, where possible, on other communication channels used by the Organizer, such as the Facebook profile.
9.3 Changes to the rules come into effect immediately after they are published unless a later date of entry into force is specified in the published announcement. Participants are required to familiarize themselves with the changes and are considered to have accepted the changes if they continue to participate in the contest after their introduction.
9.4 Participants who do not agree with the new terms of the rules have the right to withdraw from further participation in the contest. Withdrawal does not affect the rights and obligations of participants or the Organizer arising from the regulations in force before the change in the rules.
§10 Data Protection
10.1 The Organizer ensures that personal data are collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018. Participants have the right to access their data, correct it, delete it or limit processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of their data and to transfer their data.
§11 Final Provisions
11.1 In matters not regulated by these rules, decisions are made by the Organizer.
11.2 Participation in the Poll constitutes acceptance of these rules.
